Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data of guests and accompanying persons are processed for the following purposes:

• management of booking and stay

• performance of the accommodation contract

• communication related to the stay

• fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., mandatory reporting to public authorities via Alloggiati Web / Police Authorities)

• compliance with fiscal and administrative requirements

• issuance and management of the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

• ensuring the safety and proper management of the accommodation

Categories of Personal Data Processed

Depending on the circumstances, the following data may be processed:

• first and last name

• date of birth and nationality

• address, email address, telephone number

• identity card or passport data

• duration of stay

• payment and invoicing data

• tax code (if required for electronic invoicing)

• vehicle license plate number (if parking is used)

• health-related data voluntarily provided (e.g., allergies)

Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is carried out pursuant to:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract)

• Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with legal obligations)

• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, including internal organization and security)

• Article 9(2)(a) GDPR (voluntary provision of health-related data)

Mandatory Nature of Data Provision

The provision of personal data required for contractual and legal obligations is mandatory.

Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to proceed with accommodation.

Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed to:

• competent public authorities (e.g., Police Authorities via Alloggiati Web, statistical authorities where applicable)

• Mobility Consortium (MoKo) for the issuance of the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

Data may also be processed through digital platforms and IT systems.

Any transfer of data to non-EU countries shall occur only in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above.

Fiscal and accounting data will be retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements (up to 10 years).

Rights of the Data Subject

Guests may exercise at any time the rights provided under Articles 15–22 GDPR:

• right of access

• right to rectification

• right to erasure

• right to restriction of processing

• right to data portability

• right to object
