General Terms for Your Stay at Rauchhof – Apartments in South Tyrol

Here you will find our general terms and conditions, as well as information on taking out travel cancellation insurance—for a relaxed and worry-free stay at our exclusive Rauchhof Apartments.

Apartment Prices

For 2 persons: €95 – €149 per night

Local Tourist Tax

From 01/01/2024, a local tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is charged for all guests aged 14 and over.

General Conditions

• Prices apply for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

• For short stays, a surcharge of 10% applies.

• Each additional person is charged €15.00 – €20.00 per day.

• Children up to 2 years stay free of charge.

• A reservation becomes binding only after receipt of the deposit.

• Out of consideration for the high-quality furnishings and future guests, pets are not allowed.

• Payment can be made in cash, via PayPal, or in advance by bank transfer.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• Complete bed, bathroom, and kitchen linen

• Parking for cars or motorcycles

• Wi-Fi

• TV with guest Netflix account

• In-room safe

• Sauna access for up to 3 hours per day

• Use of the kitchen

• Sunbathing lawn

• Barbecue area

Cancellation Policy

Even while on vacation, unforeseen events can occur—therefore, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

• In case of cancellation within the last 3 months before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
  If the period can be rebooked, we offer a free rebooking.

• In case of cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

• In case of cancellation within the last week, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Guest Pass – Terms & Conditions

By concluding the accommodation contract, guests receive the South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass, valid from 12:00 AM on the day of arrival until 11:59 PM on the day of departure, in accordance with Provincial Government Resolution No. 732/2022.

The Guest Pass entitles holders to use all public transportation within the Südtirolmobil network and includes additional services, which may vary depending on the tourism organization.
