Enquiries and possible bookings
We process your name, email address, preferred dates, number of guests and message to answer your enquiry about Apartment Etsch and prepare a possible stay. Your phone number is optional. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Without the required details, we cannot process an enquiry through the form. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive health information through this form.
Technical operation and security
When you visit the page, connection data needed to deliver and protect it is processed, including your IP address, access time, requested address and browser information. Hosting and email use this WordPress website’s technical infrastructure at ALL-INKL.COM. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(f); the legitimate interest is a secure, functioning website. To limit submissions, an identifier derived from the IP address using a secret key is temporarily retained for up to 30 minutes. Spam protection runs locally; no external CAPTCHA service is added here.
Recipients
The enquiry is sent to rauchhof@rauchhof.com for Simon Rauch. Hosting, email and authorised technical service providers process data as necessary to operate the service. The enquiry is not automatically forwarded to Apartment Sofi’s mailbox. Data is disclosed to authorities only where legally required.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and clarify follow-up questions. If a booking results, further retention depends on contractual purposes and applicable statutory obligations. Security data is kept only as long as needed to protect the site or investigate an incident. These are the retention criteria; no single fixed period is claimed for all enquiry emails.
Cookies and external content
This section does not require advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress or Polylang may store technically necessary information, such as your chosen language. Images and fonts are served locally. The server reads occupancy from Simon’s own LTS iCal calendar. Your browser receives only occupied dates and the update time, without guest details or private calendar links. Your browser does not connect directly to LTS for the calendar. No newsletter subscription is created. If you open an external link, the destination provider’s privacy information applies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and data portability where legally applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Any consent given may be withdrawn for the future. Contact Simon Rauch at rauchhof@rauchhof.com. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, in particular Italy’s Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects takes place.
