When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes the technical connection data needed to deliver it, in particular your IP address, time of access, requested page and browser information. This supports delivery and security of the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The data is kept only for as long as needed for these purposes.

If you contact us by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and message you provide to reply and, where applicable, prepare your stay (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. For processing during a stay, please see our guest privacy information.

The calendar displays available and occupied dates from our availability synchronisation. Guests’ names and other personal information are not published in it.

The website stores your chosen language in the pll_language cookie for one year. Existing Complianz cookies may retain earlier privacy choices for up to one year. For simple statistics, Koko Analytics counts page views and the referring page in aggregate on our own server. This setting does not recognise returning or unique visitors, sets no analytics cookie and stores no IP addresses or browser identifiers in the statistics. Aggregated statistics are deleted after twelve months. We do not use Google Analytics, Matomo, advertising pixels, a shop or a website newsletter. Google Maps, YouTube and WhatsApp are external links. You visit the respective service, subject to its privacy information, only when you open such a link.

We use hosting and email providers for the technical operation of the website. We keep messages to handle enquiries and, where required, to comply with statutory retention duties. The period depends on the purpose and applicable law. We disclose data to authorities only where required by law.

You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and exercise portability and objection where the law provides. You may withdraw consent for the future by writing to info@rauchhof.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

The contact page displays a map as an image stored on our server. Viewing the image does not connect to a map service. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and OpenMapTiles. Google Maps opens in a new tab only when you select a link to the Rauchhof location; your browser then sends technical connection data, in particular your IP address, to Google.
